Codaisseur is growing and we are looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) to speed up this growth even more. 

About Codaisseur

Codaisseur trains people to become a software developer in just 11-weeks. To those who graduate we make a promise; you’ll find a job within three months or else Codaisseur will absorb their tuition fee. Gutsy, yes, but we’re right 91% of the time but with your help, we can grow this number even higher.

Together with your colleague, Pierrôt, you will strategise on how to acquire new business partners and manage existing partnerships. Expect a bunch of freedom and recognition for strengthening Codaisseur's relationship with multinational companies. 

  • As our BDR you will be at the forefront of Codaisseur and will actively reach out to (corporate) companies;

  • You’ll generate, respond to, and develop qualified leads through personalized email campaigns, events, calls, and other resourceful means. Handing these leads over to the Business Development Manager, you’ll ensure that your colleague has a consistently well-structured and populated pipeline;

  • You are someone that can identify and understand prospect needs, comprehending the business drivers and Codaisseur as a valuable solution;

  • You are creative in finding ways in at companies. You learn from a ‘no’ to eventually get to ‘yes’;

  • Collaborating with your colleagues and students, work with our Growth Hacker to create campaigns, talk to students to find out what makes us unique;

  • Identify potential partners in the target market and complete appropriate research on the prospective partner’s business and tech needs;

  • As a  Business Development Representative, you will set and execute against a strategy to hunt new business partners within defined territories and business verticals. Ideal candidates should be eager to advance in our organization by demonstrating your ability to be a tenacious self-starter.


Your skills

  • You speak Dutch and English fluently;

  • 0 - 2 years of experience in B2B sales;

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills;

  • You have a growth mindset, you will learn a lot working here;

  • Results-driven, hungry for success. You may be identified as a hunter;

  • Plus if you have worked in a scale-up before;

  • Plus if you have an affinity with software development and tech.
